We are seeking a technical lead / architect to join our growing team in Kochi. The applicant should have several years of experience in developing enterprise level web applications and should have experience in all levels of development life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers and be the primary technical point of client interaction.
- Responsible for delivery with excellence and meeting timelines and committed quality levels.
- Analyze, design, architect solutions. Capturing, organizing and documenting functional and technical specs.
- Lead on multiple projects managing multiple resources, working closely with end customer and project manager.
- Provide direction, training and review methodologies for team members.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in web based development using Core Java, PHP, Flex and opensource technologies / frameworks
- Strong OO application design and development experience
- Strong understanding of MVC architectures
- Good UI/UX Sensibilties
- XHTML, XML, XSLT, Ajax
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong knowledge of SOA and Web Services (SOAP and REST)
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering.
