Stakeholder Communication:
Conduct regular progress meetings, presenting detailed reports and metrics.
Gather and prioritize client requirements, translating them into technical deliverables and ensure transparency in project status and risks.  

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software development and project management.
Proven expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and related frameworks.
Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL Database.
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like Angular, React, is a plus.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support data integration and business intelligence initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in ETL tools, and the ability to work with large datasets to ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows and processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data movement and transformation.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to maintain high-quality datasets.
Optimize ETL performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability of data solutions.
Collaborate with database administrators and data engineers to improve data architecture and warehouse solutions.
Document ETL processes, technical specifications, and best practices.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

4-5 years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
Proficiency in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Apache NiFi, or AWS Glue.
Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries and optimizing database performance.
Experience working with relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and architectures (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Shell scripting is an advantage.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
Knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices.
